Yes - We have a full staff of engineers and CAD designers with expertise in custom design.

Do you ship unassembled as well as assembled?
Yes. We can ship either way. If you wish to have your products shipped knocked down, we will be happy to do so. We also have a top-trained staff to assemble your products, which will save you time with your installation.

How do I measure out an area for shelving?
When measuring a room for a quote, keep the following suggestions in mind:

a) All objects such as doors, windows and columns must be clearly measured with all dimensions included. It is better to give more dimensions than less for all objects rather than missing a dimension.
b) If a layout contains an angled wall, then include the angle, if possible. If not, then double-check all related dimensions for the angled wall. Areas that need a minimal clearance must be clearly marked. Any other requirements need to be indicated, such as minimal aisle way clearance.
c) Include any local notes indicating fire extinguishers, light switches and any other objects that need to be avoided. These must be clearly marked.
d) Below is a typical room layout. Dimensions for the room are given for drawing clarity only. Note the local note indicating areas to avoid.

These are good starting points for taking correct measurements. Once you have your dimensions, call IRSG to complete the process. The more accurate the sketch, the more accurate the floor plan will be from IRSG.

What are the differences between finishes?
·Stainless Steel - Electropolished Type 304, 18-gauge stainless steel. Provides stability and durability with an attractive, polished finish. Sustains all temperatures and moisture conditions. Resistant to rust and oxidization.
·Chrome - Durable and strong, this electro-plated nickel-chrome has a brilliant high gloss, visually appealing finish. Intended for dry storage applications.
·Powder Coated Finish - Powder-epoxy over zinc-chrome electro-plating creates a durable finish. Available in black, white and gray. Intended for dry storage applications.
·Freezer Grade Finish - Corrosion resistant finish consists of a proprietary cross linked thermoset epoxy enhanced with Sanitized™ antimicrobial protection over a zinc chromate coating. Protects from bacteria, mold and mildew that cause stains, odors and product deterioration. Used in wet environments. Scratch resistant, 3H hardness. 15 year limited warranty against rust and corrosion.
·Zinc - This economic solution is ideal for most dry environment uses. Electro-zinc (chromate) plating doubled with a Protoxy, a clear non-toxic epoxy.

Are your parts interchangeable with other company's products?

What is IRSG's return policy?
Returns require a minimum of $175.00 in value. Prior written authorization is required by IRSG . Please call customer service at either 1-888-598-2001 or 1-888-398-2009 for necessary authorization forms and return instructions. Returns are subject to a minimum $50.00 restocking fee.
